At Bridge Events we have prioritised safely for everyone attending any event, suppliers, staff and attendees, can all feel safe and confident that we have put all the required safety measures in place so that we all feel confident that everything has been done to prioritise wellbeing, whilst at the same time delivering a seamless and inspiring event solution.
We ensure that all suppliers are complying to event industry trade associations strict high standards when it comes to safety and delivering Covid safe events.
Planning for Covid Safe Events
We have already put in place a number of measures for Covid compliance and event specific measures will be reviewed and reinforced as needed depending on the event type and location.
Measures already in place include:

Pre event communication with attendees so all those attending are advised of the ‘journey’ prior to arrival

Track and Trace app option

Increased cleaning, disinfecting and sanitation procedures within the venue

Automatic hand sanitiser stations installed in key locations

Behavioural signage clearly displayed throughout, with the option for signage to be branded

Capacities in line with Government guidelines to allow for comfortable, socially distant layouts and event formats

We will take the pressure off our clients by reviewing event plans to comply with the required regulations and we promise to make this as straightforward as possible for organisers and attendees, without compromising on the event experience.

Comprehensive Risk Assessments, that meet industry standards to include COVID-19 considerations. All risk assessment are evaluated and produced on an event by event basis to be as thorough as possible and based on guidance in place at that specific time

Safe & ControlledTesting
Our Covid planning begins at the briefing stage, right at the beginning. Our onsite testing can include:

Pre test holding zone with branding, background music to make for brand engagement

Testing pods, all staff and guests will be provided with medical grade face coverings during the testing process

Post test waiting area
-
Isolation/quarantine spaces for cases with a positive test and plans in place for transportation to home or medical facility as required
All on-site testing zones have restricted access to ensure safety.
